Proposals must be submitted by cob 5 PM AEST on Monday the 29th of May 2023

A key strategic objective of The Australasian Research Management Society (ARMS) is to support the development of excellent Research Management Professionals by providing a diverse and broadly accessible Accreditation Program.

A unique opportunity now arises for an experienced individual(s) to develop and deliver content for the Society’s Leadership, Management and Strategic Thinking Skills Program (Element 1) under the ARMS Established Level Accreditation Program or (ELAP).

About the ELAP

The ELAP is designed for Research Management professionals who are mid to senior level and have worked in the sector for 5 or more year; and/or Senior academics and professional staff who are transitioning into a Senior Research Management role.

About the Call for Tender

The Society is seeking proposals from individual(s) who have demonstrated skills and experience in the development and delivery of content for the Society's Leadership, Management and Strategic Thinking Skills Program.  The Program is expected to be delivered online to our members and therefore it is essential that the Applicant(s) have experience in delivering engaging and interactive programs via this platform.

Specifically, we seek Applicant(s) that have an understanding of important topics including, but not limited to Leadership characteristics and styles; building and leading effective teams in Research Management; understanding institutional and political awareness; effective external stakeholder management and influence.
