The COI data collection process enables Higher Education Providers (HEPs) to comply with new legislative obligations under the amended ARC Amendment Act 2024. Specifically, it supports the requirements outlined in Deeds of Variation, mandating that all Chief Investigators (CIs), regardless of their employing HEP submit COI declarations for any lead ARC Grants impacted.
