Najwa has broad research experience in both the university and the not-for-profit sector within Australia. She is currently working at an aged care charity organisation as a research governance and integrity advisor. Najwa was awarded her doctorate at the University of New England and has a background in Health Science. She has a passion for promoting positive research culture and practice and ensuring a high standard of research integrity and responsible research stewardship.
With a background in research, she has been involved in a diverse range of research projects in healthcare decision-making, positive ageing, ageing in place, ageing and homelessness, reablement, rehabilitation, dementia care, pain management and end of life care.
