VIC Chapter Event: EoFY Networking Event - 16 July 2025

Come and celebrate at the ARMS Victorian Chapter End-of-Financial Year Networking event on Wednesday, 16 July from 5.30-8pm. This is a great opportunity to network with your peers across the Research Management sector and celebrate in one of Melbourne CBD’s most glamorous speakeasy basement cocktail bars. 

Tucked in a cobbled laneway, Beneath Driver Lane is hidden down a winding staircase below the city street where the old city tunnels were once situated. Picture dim lighting and candles glowing in the dark, elegant leather couches, charcuterie boards, sparkling wine, signature cocktails and canapés beckoning you in from the wintry chill outdoors.

The venue is centrally located within a short walking distance from all CBD train stations as well as from Swanston St and Elizabeth St trams and buses. Please note that the venue is accessible by stairs only, with the entrance off Driver Lane (near the Little Bourke St and Elizabeth St corner).

The dress code is formal / cocktail style in line with the venue policy. Strictly NO casual jeans and runners.
