Since completing my PhD from the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2012, I have successfully led research projects in the area of Cancer Structure Biology and Drug Discovery (>25 publications, NHMRC Fellowship and Grants-in-aid from Cancer Council Victoria). I take pride in working collaboratively and cultivating an environment conductive to continuous improvement.

In my current role, as Manager of Research Development within the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, and Health Sciences (MDHS) at the University of Melbourne, I spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance competitiveness for external funding opportunities. Working closely with academic and professional staff, I deliver targeted research development support, provide administrative leadership and facilitate engagement across the Faculty.

I have been a member of the ARMS Victorian Chapter since 2021.
