Dr Anna Chan Hei is Deputy Director in the Research Support Office at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), where she oversees research governance and grants management to support institutional research excellence and ensure alignment with national funding and regulatory requirements.
She holds a PhD in Biochemistry from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and transitioned from academic research into research administration. An Accredited Research Administrator, she has extensive experience with major funding initiatives, advancing strategic programmes, and implementing research policies.
