Jananee Raguragavan is a Research Development Advisor within Research Grant Success, with extensive experience advising researchers to develop competitive grant applications and navigate complex funding schemes.
Jananee has been an active and committed member of ARMS, serving on the General Committee for four years before being appointed Treasurer, reflecting the trust placed in her governance, financial stewardship, and organisational insight. Her long‑standing involvement demonstrates a deep understanding of the needs of the ARMS community and a strong commitment to supporting research management professionals nationally.
She has also contributed to the sector more broadly as a Committee Member for the ARMS 2018 Tasmania Conference, supporting the delivery of a successful national conference for research management professionals.
