Damon Lalich is a Research Office Team Lead (Project Initiation) with over 17 years’ experience in research management, strategic planning and large‑scale project delivery across higher education and government settings. He currently leads a team providing end‑to‑end research project support aligned to institutional strategy, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, process improvement and values‑led leadership. As ARMS Co-Convenor, Damon is committed to supporting collaboration, professional development and knowledge‑sharing across the research management community.
