Jacqui Dubbini is a Research Support Officer in the Pre‑Award team at the University of Western Australia, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across university administration, finance, human resources, and research environments. With a strong background in Business and Law, she supports competitive research grant applications for major national funding schemes, complex multi‑institutional submissions, and internal funding programs. Jacqui has been recognised with a Corporate Services Award for her contribution to training and support during the implementation of the Concur expense management system and was part of the research team that rolled out UWA’s Research Operations and Administration Program (ROAP). She is valued for her structured, solutions‑focused approach, strong governance and compliance acumen, and her ability to build effective relationships and deliver high‑quality outcomes in complex research settings.
