Dr Davina Dadley-Moore ARM(F) is a Senior Project Manager in the Research Development Team, Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Enterprise), Monash University.

Davina has over a decade of experience in research management. In 2012, she started at the now Hudson Institute of Medical Research with a 3-month contract to rewrite a large grant application, and she has not looked back. As research manager at the Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute for 8 years, she developed a suite of researcher development programs and led a small team focused on research development. 

She brings expertise from her many lives before research management, including biomedical researcher, academic journal editor, writing trainer and product manager, in roles held around the globe at Stanford University, Nature Publishing Group and Elsevier. She holds a PhD in immunology from the University of Melbourne and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from RMIT University.

Davina joined the ARMS Victorian Chapter Committee in August 2022, became Acting Convenor in November 2023 and then Co-Convenor in April 2024. She is a keen advocate for the continuing professional development of research managers and administrators
