Dr Adelene Auyong ARMF is a research development professional with extensive experience supporting researchers and research leaders across the grant lifecycle. She holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and has a strong background in research, research development and funding environments.

Drawing on her experience as both a researcher and research management professional, she works closely with academic and professional staff to identify funding opportunities, strengthen research proposals and develop strategies that enhance research competitiveness and impact. In her current role, Adelene provides strategic advice on funding schemes, coordinates complex grant submissions and supports collaboration development across multidisciplinary research areas. She has expertise in research development, stakeholder engagement, researcher capability building and grant facilitation, helping researchers navigate funding processes and build effective partnerships.

 Adelene values the role that research management professionals play in enabling great research and she is keen to contribute to the broader research community through collaboration and shared learning.
