Rachel is the Business Analyst: Research Examinations at the University of South Australia. She’s worked in the research support area since 2016 after starting at the uni in 2011. She was part of the team that implemented and operationalised the Oral Defence (viva) at UniSA and has continued to develop the processes and education resources supporting the defence. Rachel regularly works with the IT developers to enhance and modify the research portals to ensure the best experience for staff and students interacting with the online tools. She also works closely with the administrative staff, Deans of Research and other academics in all Academic Units to facilitate the best possible examination experience for research degree students.
