Anesh is a senior research services leader at the University of Canberra with extensive experience in research governance, ethics, integrity, eResearch and digital transformation within Australian higher education. He has led multidisciplinary teams and institution-wide initiatives that integrate policy, technology and researcher support across the research lifecycle. His expertise includes human and animal ethics, biosafety, research integrity, data governance and digital research infrastructure. Anesh has also contributed to national initiatives through the Australian Research Data Commons and presented his work to Australian and international audiences. His leadership is characterised by strategic thinking, collaboration and pragmatic decision-making, with a strong focus on building sustainable institutional capability and improving the researcher experience.
