'OTHER' PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Do you have your blinders on when it comes to Professional Development?

Professional Development opportunities come in various forms and several pathways are available within ARMS to continue your personal development as a Research Management Professional. In addition to Accreditation programs, ARMS offers monthly PD Sessions @ Zoom, the opportunity to become a Training Fellow, to join Special Interest Groups or to contribute to the management of a Chapter Committee.  All of these opportunities allow you to build upon your skill base and or gain experience.

Becoming an ARMS Training Fellow

Training Fellows are essential in helping to deliver the broad range of workshops under our Accreditation Programs.  As a Training Fellow you will be recognised as a subject expert by our Accreditation Council and will deliver programs and share your experience with other colleagues.

Members from across the broad remit of ARMS including Australia, New Zealand and Singapore may apply to deliver both Foundation Level Accreditation Modules and Master Classes. While it is intended that these programs are to be delivered in-person, in the current pandemic climate, these programs may be delivered via video conferencing initially and eventually in-person, when safe to do so.

Further enquiries can be directed to the ARMS Accreditation Program Administrator, Dana Watts on email ARMSAccreditation@researchmanagement.org.au.
