INTERNATIONAL CELEBRATION OF RESEARCH MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS 2022

Research Administrators’ Day is an event initiated by fellow INORMS association member, the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions made by research management professionals internationally.

The day will this year be celebrated on the 23rd of September 2022.

Members of the ARMS community are encouraged to take some time out of their day to stop, reflect and celebrate (via a morning/afternoon tea or lunch, if safe to do so) all of the important contributions made by us as enablers of “Research Excellence”

To help celebrate, ARMS will be giving away a gift voucher to the value of AUD$100 to be used for a future event in your work place.

To enter your organisation in the draw, please submit a short feature article with photos describing how Research Administrators’ Day was celebrated!

Submissions will be due no later than the 24th of October 2022 to ARMSadmin@researchmanagement.org.au

The winner will be announced in the November edition of Up In ARMS!

ESTABLISHED LEVEL ACCREDITATION PROGRAM (ELAP)

Are you a Research Management Professional aiming to enhance your leadership, management, and content skills to become a more effective research leader? Why not consider the ARMS ELAP!!

The second intake of applications for the Established Level Accreditation Program is now open and accepting Expressions of Interest.

In order to better align the ELAP application process with Element 1, the Leadership, Management and Strategic Thinking Program, the closing date for applications has been brought forward to 25th of August 2022. This new date will allow applicants time to process their applications and register in the October offering of the Leadership, Management and Strategic Thinking program.
