Applications due COB 5 PM AEST 02 May 2025
The grant is designed to provide modest financial support to eligible Indigenous/First Nations Research Management Professionals who are members of ARMS and wish to attend the ARMS Melbourne Conference from 10-12 September 2025.
The Society may offer up to (3) eligible Indigenous/First Nations 2025 Melbourne Conference Grants of up to AUD$2,500 per awardee – Conditions apply.

Grant Cycle:

| Friday, 4 April 2025 | Call for Applications – To be featured in e-newsletter and via e-blast to members. |
| Friday, 2 May 2025 | Closing date for Applications – COB 5PM AEST - Applications to be submitted online – click here to commence the application. |
| 5-8 May 2025 | Applications to be distributed to the Assessment Panel. |
| 12-23 May 2025 | The Assessment Panel to review applications and to finalise. recommendations and to submit recommendations to the ARMS Board for consideration and endorsement. |
| By 30 May 2025 | ARMS Board to consider recommendations by the Assessment Panel. |
| By Friday, the 13 June 2025 | Once all recommendations have been endorsed by the ARMS Board, successful applicants will be notified of their outcome. Unsuccessful applicants will be advised once all awardees have accepted their offer. |
| Thursday, 26 June 2025 | Applicants to submit ARMS Reimbursement Request Forms/invoice and expense receipts to obtain under the grant. NOTE: Successful applicants will be offered early bird registration price when registering for the conference. |
| 10-12 September 2025 | ARMS Melbourne Conference |
| Monday, 24 October 2025 | Successful awardees to provide a one-page report on their learning outcomes from the conference to the ARMS Executive Office. |
