In response to a recent member survey, the ARMS Executive Office will endeavour to consolidate communications and trial this new style of e-communication - The ARMS Weekly Wrap-Up.

Each Friday you will receive this communication with a range of icons below. Simply click onto the icon of interest and you will be directed to the relevant page on the ARMS website.

You are also encouraged to follow us and share our posts via social media - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter These platforms will also be updated regularly with news about our range of programs, events and other initiatives.

We will continue to disseminate our regular "Up-In-ARMS" newsletter in a new condensed format that will now reach you every two months instead of the previous monthly distribution.
