Costing and Pricing of Research

This module has been developed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Research Project Costing and Pricing to ultimately ensure there are enough resources for a project to be successfully completed within the project scope and ensure that key Organisational and Investor requirements have been considered.

 

Scheduled delivery dates 20th (10AM - 12PM AEST) and 23rd (2 - 4PM AEST) of August 2021. 

 

Fundamentals of Project Management

This module has been developed to provide participants with an introduction to the fundamentals of project management, and how these are implemented in a research organisation. The module takes an approach of describing project management activities for research administrators; however some sections provide information which is specific for the management of research projects and programs.

 

Scheduled delivery dates 27th (11AM - 2PM AEST) and 30th (11AM - 2PM AEST) of August 2021. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Registrations are opening in late July 2021.
• Master Classes offered over two partial days.
• Cost $440 GST inclusive, per Master Class.
