ARMS seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a governance review of its Board of Directors, commencing in Quarter 4, 2025. This review will evaluate Board composition, operations, and stakeholder engagement, aligning with ARMS’ Strategic Plan and fostering continuous improvement.
