SA Chapter: Research Administrators Day (RAD) Quiz - 25 Sept 2026

ARMS SA Chapter Members… are you ready to get your QUIZ on?

To celebrate Research Administrators Day (RAD) 2026, join us for an afternoon of friendly competition, laughter, and the opportunity to put your research management knowledge to the test!

Who will take home the title of 2026 RAD Quiz Champion? There's only one way to find out... you'll need to be in it to win it.

You may be new to research management or someone who has years of experience in the field – all are welcome! Bring your team spirit, competitive natures, and get ready to enjoy an afternoon of connection with colleagues and a celebration of our profession.

We'll provide snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments, along with some fantastic prizes for our winning teams.

To participate, nominate a team of up to eight members, choose a team name, and appoint a team captain. Then get ready for a research management quiz experience like no other!

Team captains: please ensure your team members register before the closing date.

If you'd like to participate but don't have a team, simply let ARMS know when you register, and the SA Chapter will work its magic to help find you one.

As a reminder, many Universities and some larger Research Organisations have Corporate Membership to ARMS, so membership through these organisations is free for individuals – they can simply visit the ARMS website to join under the banner of their University/Organisation. So, encourage your colleagues to join ARMS, then register for RAD 2026 Quiz!

Cost: This event is free for ARMS members. Please log into your member portal to receive the 100% ARMS member discount. Each Member is required to register via their own account.

• Upon registration your name and organisation will be provided to the chapter convenor or event organiser, to record attendance and manage the event.
• This event may be photographed and posted to ARMS platforms, if you don’t want to be included in these photographs, please advise the event organiser at the event.

ARMS CANCELLATION POLICY

Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend this event, you must contact ARMSMembership@researchmanagement.org.au by no later than 10 working days prior to the commencement of the scheduled event. ARMS will refund the full registration fee minus any administrative fees.

Should you cancel less than 10 working days prior to the commencement of this workshop, no refund will be payable but instead you may wish to send a proxy.

ARMS reserve the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses and events due to minimum numbers not being reached or for other unforeseen circumstances.  In the event of a cancellation, ARMS will aim to advise all participants in writing five (5) days prior to the scheduled event and will refund the full registration fee including administrative charges within 30 days after notification.
