Dr Neo Loo Seng - Associate Director, RySense Academy

Dr Neo Loo Seng is an experienced researcher who has conducted research in both public and academic domains for the past 18 years. Currently, he drives research excellence and development in his role in RySense. Prior to this, he was heading up the Process Audit, Business Partnership, and Academy departments at RySense. RySense is a Singapore-based research organisation set up by the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI) to understand what people in Singapore think, feel, and do. Prior to joining RySense, Dr Neo was a Principal Research Analyst at the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). For his work, he was awarded several research awards, and has presented at many international conferences and published many peer-reviewed journals and books. Dr Neo was awarded the NTU Research Scholarship and completed his PhD in Psychology (specialising in personality and forensic psychology). He was also a Visiting Associate at S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Ms Natasha Raina - Managing Director, LegalEASE Pte Ltd

Embryologist-turned-legaltech founder Natasha Raina traces her path from lab incubators to the legal bench and into conservation and biotech boardrooms, showing how networking, strategic career pivots and mission-driven volunteer service can expand leadership capacity at any stage and age. She distils three actionable principles - leverage core strengths, upskill continuously, and commit to causes that matter - into a clear blueprint for research managers and administrators facing accelerating policy, funding and compliance volatility. Attendees will leave equipped to design purpose-driven portfolio careers that strengthen their personal growth and help build institutional resilience as well within the current evolving research ecosystem.
