Nick and Brittany will share the University's journey to establish a Copilot Studio Academy for non-IT professionals to build AI agents for research management and administration.
The session will explore:
- Rationale for selecting Copilot Studio as our low-code platform of choice
- The structure of the Academy, its chapters and standards
- Approaches to essential learning and onboarding for Makers
- Approaches to development, testing and deployment
- Key challenges encountered and lessons learned
- Plans for scaling the Academy across the institution.
This session will be of interest to research management professionals looking to adopt and scale Copilot Studio.
